Owns Nicola Wealth’s growth marketing and demand-generation engine, including the full digital funnel, paid and organic acquisition, CRO, landing pages, lead nurturing, lifecycle email, marketing automation, CRM integration, attribution, and reporting. Leads marketing technology, customer lifecycle marketing, AI-search visibility strategies, and a team of employees, agencies, and vendors while partnering with Sales, Content, Brand, and Compliance to drive qualified pipeline, revenue, retention, and measurable marketing ROI.

Prepare and validate recurring performance, advisory fee, and tax reports for private wealth clients. Investigate data discrepancies, reconcile fees and tax information, interpret external statements, maintain historical reporting data, respond to investment and reporting queries, and distribute tax slips. The role also supports process improvement, documentation, vendor data coordination, and cross-training across reporting disciplines.
