Translate technical designs into production-ready infrastructure and create reusable platform patterns. Collaborate with AI, application, and architecture teams while troubleshooting across application and infrastructure boundaries.

Perform outbound sales calls to existing customers to identify upsell opportunities, consultatively recommend website, SEO, and digital services, build strong account relationships, and meet/exceed sales targets using dialer software and manual follow-up.
