Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving talent management, organizational design, performance and engagement programs, employee relations, and HR analytics to improve organizational effectiveness and leader capability.

Perform outbound sales calls to existing customers to identify upsell opportunities, consultatively recommend website, SEO, and digital services, build strong account relationships, and meet/exceed sales targets using dialer software and manual follow-up.

Manage a portfolio of customers focused on online marketing and website services, drive retention and growth, communicate campaign strategy and performance, produce reports, resolve escalations, document interactions, and recommend upsell/cross-sell while mentoring teammates and acting as the customer's advocate.

Lead omni-channel performance media strategy and buying across paid social, programmatic display, video/CTV, and audio. Own campaign planning, execution, creative strategy, measurement (floodlight, incrementality, brand lift), reporting, and budget forecasting. Optimize campaigns for CAC, CTR, MRR, and LTV, manage agency and platform relationships, and partner with analytics, BI, and finance to maintain dashboards and attribution.
