Analyzes Canadian pension client requirements, translates business needs into system and process solutions, and serves as a liaison between clients and programmers. Responsibilities include requirements documentation, pension plan configuration, client relationship management, training, implementation support, quality assurance, legislative compliance testing, defect tracking, release documentation, and process improvement. The role manages multiple clients and contributes to project estimates, implementations, invoicing, and opportunities to expand client system functionality.

Performs manual and automated testing for a pension administration system. Develops and maintains Selenium-based automation scripts using Java, Maven, and TestNG; creates test plans and cases; executes functional, regression, UAT, smoke, exploratory, and system testing; tracks defects; reports risks and blockers; and collaborates with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
