Technical Account Manager responsible for driving enterprise customer success and adoption of Netskope’s cloud security platform. The role provides technical guidance on architecture, security best practices, configuration, health monitoring, optimization, issue escalation, and roadmap alignment. The TAM partners with Customer Success Managers, customers, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to execute success plans, enable customer teams, communicate progress to executives, and improve retention and long-term value.
