Senior Product Designer on Enterprise Experience Design team creating end-to-end enterprise/B2B tools for content planning, production, launch, and promotion. Lead user research, prototyping, visual and interaction design, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders. Drive product strategy, design systems, and scalable solutions for global users while working PST hours and traveling quarterly to company offices.

Lead design and execution of Netflix's advertising design system and core capabilities. Partner with central design system teams, research and define ads-related features (access, notifications, support), craft design briefs, and collaborate with engineers, product, data, and writers to build extensible React components and scalable workflows for global ad and live-streaming experiences.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution for Netflix Ads, partnering with Sales and clients on media plans, RFPs, campaign launches, optimization, reporting, and billing. Coordinate with Ad Ops, creative teams, and verification vendors to ensure delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Develop and maintain AV automation tools and distributed test platforms to measure device audio/video quality. Build front-end and backend services, operationalize AV metric pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to validate device capabilities and roll out AV-related applications.
