Design agentic AI workflows combining rules, LLMs, retrieval, and structured extraction; build model evaluation and monitoring pipelines; guide architecture and code quality; ship production AI features; mentor peers; and lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.

Owns major end-to-end features for an AI mortgage underwriting platform. Responsibilities include architectural decisions, technical leadership, code reviews, debugging, performance and reliability improvements, and designing AI workflows that combine deterministic rules, LLM perception, embeddings-based retrieval, and structured outputs. The role requires production LLM experience, backend development expertise, evaluation strategy design, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
