Provide on-site IT support for the Toronto office and remote Level 1/2 support across locations. Manage onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle (Windows/macOS), MDM/RMM platforms, hardware inventory, ticketing, and SaaS applications. Escalate issues, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, and improve support processes to meet SLAs and security/compliance standards.

Partner with business leaders to scale operations and deliver high-impact cross-functional projects. Improve core processes, evolve user journeys, build actionable data reporting, prioritize growth roadmaps, implement and optimize enterprise software, and lead change management while coordinating stakeholders across the company.

Owns a mortgage origination product substream, including product vision, roadmap, prioritization, workflow requirements, regulatory considerations, release planning, UAT, and issue triage. Partners with engineering, design, QA, operations, underwriting, brokers, advisors, and compliance teams. Serves as the origination subject-matter expert while researching lending trends, regulations, competitors, and AI-enabled opportunities. Uses AI tools throughout discovery, prototyping, delivery, documentation, and measurement.
