Provide on-site IT support for the Toronto office and remote Level 1/2 support across locations. Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, MDM/RMM administration, endpoint security/patching, hardware inventory, ticketing, vendor coordination, and process documentation while mentoring junior staff.

Develop and manage an exclusive regional territory of financial-advisor accounts, act as the mortgage expert for partner advisors, generate referrals, support clients from initial consultation to funding using tech-enabled processes, grow pipeline through business development and events, and potentially build a team over time.

Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects and embed with a core business function to improve processes, user journeys, and data reporting. Develop growth roadmaps, manage enterprise software implementations and integrations, coordinate stakeholders, and drive change from scoping through to delivery to scale business operations.
