Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects and embed with a core business function to improve processes, user journeys, and data reporting. Develop growth roadmaps, manage enterprise software implementations and integrations, coordinate stakeholders, and drive change from scoping through to delivery to scale business operations.

Develop and maintain nesto’s Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, data architecture, user interfaces, business logic, backend integrations, and modular code. Build and test features, investigate difficult bugs, collaborate with operations leadership, and deliver projects independently or within cross-functional teams. The role requires strong Salesforce integration, Apex versus Flow decision-making, LWC development, modern application architecture, and Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Develop and maintain Salesforce environments, including architecture, user interfaces, role design, business logic, integrations, Apex, LWC, testing, debugging, and enterprise customizations. Deliver features independently and collaboratively, investigate complex issues, evaluate Salesforce releases, and partner with Operations leadership to improve business processes. Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and mentor developers on solution design and architecture.

Owns product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for a mortgage origination substream. The role requires expertise in application flows, underwriting, decisioning, compliance, funding, and lending technology. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, design, QA, operations, and compliance; researching regulations and industry trends; supporting releases and UAT; documenting workflows; and serving as the origination subject-matter expert. The PM is also expected to use AI tools throughout discovery, experimentation, delivery, and measurement.

Design, build and maintain automated and manual tests for Salesforce customizations (LWC, Apex, Flows). Configure test environments, write Playwright scripts for Lightning, run API tests with Postman, manage test cases in Xray/Jira, and support CI/CD and release processes to ensure regression and system test coverage.

Maintain and build automated and manual tests for Salesforce customizations. Create and execute test plans, manage test environments (Sandboxes/Scratch Orgs), develop Playwright automation for Lightning interfaces, collaborate on QA processes and CI/CD, and validate APIs and security models to ensure release-quality Salesforce deployments.

Own the Salesforce product roadmap from discovery through delivery and adoption. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog and sprints with senior developers, drive user adoption and KPIs, evaluate Salesforce releases and AI capabilities, run market and user research, and apply platform-agnostic product discipline across customer and partner-facing tools.
