Provides deployment, configuration, administration, maintenance, monitoring, and technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure and middleware systems. Designs and modifies infrastructure solutions, develops technical documentation, analyzes requirements and feasibility, recommends architectures, supports users, and maintains network security. The role requires expertise in IBM MQ and WebSphere alongside cloud platforms, servers, virtualization, networking, storage, high availability, automation, configuration management, systems hardening, and monitoring.

Develop enterprise-wide full-stack software solutions using SQL and object-oriented programming, preferably C# and .NET. Translate business requirements into technical designs, implement and support applications, monitor performance, debug code, and follow technology and security standards. The role requires collaboration with architects and business analysts, software development lifecycle expertise, cloud or DevOps experience, and the ability to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Clearance.

Supports and maintains enterprise campus, data center, and WAN networks, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, cloud connectivity, monitoring, and automation. Troubleshoots network issues, implements after-hours changes, participates in 24x7 on-call coverage, and supports network projects and designs. Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend solutions, provides technical support and user training, and works onsite as needed for campus network environments.
