Own the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse roles, from intake and sourcing through offers and pre-boarding. Build proactive talent pipelines, lead inclusive hiring initiatives, negotiate offers, and champion candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and the Talent team, maintain accurate Greenhouse records, share market insights, and support process, tooling, and best-practice improvements.

Lead pre-sales and solution design for enterprise AI, cloud, software and data engagements. Craft proposals, proofs-of-concept, and reference architectures; run workshops; align stakeholders; support delivery transition; collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to grow the AI practice and drive measurable client outcomes.

The Technical Director oversees technical strategy and execution for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, leading teams, and engaging clients effectively. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, fostering innovation, and providing technical leadership while promoting diversity and sustainability initiatives.
