Develops, maintains, and delivers simulation-based training and courseware for air traffic operations. Supports simulator databases, troubleshooting, stakeholder training, and national projects to ensure standardized, effective simulation delivery.

Lead and develop a team of Air Traffic Controllers and Supervisors, oversee air traffic operations ensuring safety and compliance, manage budgets and staffing, support recruitment and training, implement procedural and technological changes, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure staff meet licensing and proficiency requirements.

Process and disseminate flight data to support air traffic controllers, provide alerting services for overdue aircraft, and supply flight-safety information. Complete 6–12 months training and work shifts onsite to ensure safe, orderly, and expeditious air traffic services.
