The Business Development Manager will drive growth in Tier 2 and Specialty accounts in Canada, manage negotiations, develop partnerships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Perform general warehouse duties including unloading containers, building pallets, receiving and putaway, inventory and lot control, and order picking using RF/WMS. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, maintain clean work areas, and assist with training crews. May be assigned to various warehouse tasks.
