Manage small- to medium-sized leak detection and water pipeline condition assessment projects across Canada and the US. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, fieldwork, team coordination, client management, vendor oversight, safety compliance, reporting, and project closeout. The role also supports mobile monitoring system installation and commissioning, staff scheduling, purchasing, documentation, and troubleshooting across technical, customer, site, and personnel matters.
