Define unified roadmap, partner closely with engineering, manage vendor relationships, launch integrations, and represent platform needs to Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience while prioritizing customer outcomes.

Lead the evolution of the recommendations engine system into a scalable distributed architecture, ensuring production stability and performance while mentoring engineers and collaborating with ML teams.
