Support campaigns through landing pages, forms, tracking, and UTM management. Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and marketing teams on technical SEO, site structure, analytics, and AI visibility practices while applying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Marketo, and design tools.

Owns end-to-end administration, governance, analysis, and continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly incentive compensation programs. Responsibilities include commission calculations, payroll inputs, reconciliations, plan modeling and implementation, reporting, issue resolution, participant support, and process automation. Partners cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounting, People, and Business Systems while maintaining accurate, scalable, and audit-ready compensation processes.

Build and operate scalable backend services that detect customer behavioral patterns, correlate event signals, maintain stateful evaluation windows, and determine marketing trigger eligibility. Responsibilities include designing distributed event-driven systems, delivering features from design through production support, creating reusable rule-based frameworks, integrating with campaign and messaging platforms, and maintaining reliability through observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
