The Associate IT Support Specialist is the first point of contact for technical assistance, supporting hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, maintaining inventory of IT assets, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

Lead engineering efforts to extend AI-powered decisioning for omnichannel marketing through SMS, push notifications, and more. Oversee scaling of content personalization, enhance platform analytics for unified insights, and develop highly performant systems while mentoring the engineering team effectively.

In this role, you will advance the DaVinci platform by collaborating with product and engineering teams to define complex system requirements, architecting and maintaining scalable systems, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring technical excellence.
