Teams at Motive

Lead hardware and embedded security across Motive devices, including secure boot, firmware, FOTA, manufacturing, threat modeling, architecture reviews, and lifecycle risk management. Partner with hardware and engineering teams to define security requirements, validate controls, remediate findings, and build secure-by-default components. Address hardware, IoT, cloud, runtime, supply chain, and application security across device lifecycles.

Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting via cold calls and emails, qualifying accounts, discovering needs, and setting meetings for Account Executives. Must follow up and reschedule as needed while representing Motive to prospective customers.

Conduct red team operations, adversary simulations, and offensive security assessments across cloud environments. Evaluate cloud infrastructure, identity architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and cloud-native services. Identify attack paths involving IAM, secrets, metadata, automation, and configuration weaknesses. Validate detection and response capabilities with blue teams, track emerging attacker techniques, and drive remediation through concise reporting and stakeholder communication.
