Lead hardware and embedded security across Motive devices, including secure boot, firmware, FOTA, manufacturing, threat modeling, architecture reviews, and lifecycle risk management. Partner with hardware and engineering teams to define security requirements, validate controls, remediate findings, and build secure-by-default components. Address hardware, IoT, cloud, runtime, supply chain, and application security across device lifecycles.

Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospective enterprise clients, qualify prospects, identify their needs, recommend relevant products or services, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Follow up and reschedule missed meetings while representing Motive professionally. The role requires strong communication, persistence, coachability, and a results-oriented mindset. Salesforce experience and prior cold-calling experience are advantageous, while Quebec French fluency is highly preferred.

Senior Solutions Engineer supporting enterprise sales by partnering with Account Executives, leading discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, translating customer challenges into technical solutions, and influencing executive buying decisions. The role includes managing competitive displacement opportunities, responding to RFIs and RFPs, advising technical and business stakeholders, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Candidates need enterprise pre-sales experience, strong presentation skills, value-based selling expertise, technical solution design experience, and willingness to travel 30% or more.
