As an Engineering Manager for the backend team, you will lead and mentor software engineers, oversee project management and execution, provide technical direction, encourage innovation, optimize resource allocation, and ensure quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align projects with business goals.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for maximizing customer value through training, adoption of the Motive platform, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They develop strong relationships with clients, manage product enhancement requests, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

As a Software Engineer, you will design and manage the Motive Android app, develop new features, improve existing functions, collaborate with product teams, and assist the support team in diagnosing user issues while maintaining a focus on architecture and code quality.
