Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting via cold calls and emails, qualifying accounts, discovering needs, and setting meetings for Account Executives. Must follow up and reschedule as needed while representing Motive to prospective customers.

Lead Motive's strategy and execution to enter and scale Mexico, the UK, and Canada and evaluate further international expansion. Own go-to-market roadmaps, localization, demand generation, partnerships, and budget allocation. Build and manage a small regional team and agency partners, align cross-functional stakeholders, define success metrics and reporting, run test-and-learn experiments, and present commercial outcomes to executive leadership.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Motive's Telematics data platform. Partner with engineering and AI teams to build API-first products, enterprise integrations, and reliable data services. Drive platform readiness for strategic initiatives, mentor product managers, and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
