Lead analyst responsible for managing a portfolio of Canadian banks, non-bank financial institutions, and credit unions. Perform ongoing financial and credit analysis, prepare rating committee presentations, reports and press releases, attend issuer meetings, participate in rating committees, and maintain client relationships. Produce surveillance, research, and written analysis while collaborating with the ratings team.

Analyze Canadian structured finance transactions, including collateral, deal structures, legal documentation, financial models, and cash-flow engines. Support rating committee presentations, reports, press releases, research, and credit recommendations. Build relationships with clients and external stakeholders while developing expertise in structured finance methodologies for ABS and ABCP transactions.

Performs Structured Finance security mappings, data quality controls, reconciliations, regulatory dataset validation, and data issue resolution. Maintains metadata, data dictionaries, and data lineage while supporting data governance and AI-ready initiatives. Collaborates with Data, Credit Operations, Technology, and global stakeholders to ensure accurate, complete, timely, and compliant ratings and regulatory data.
