Lead and manage regulatory and legal-entity reporting for Canadian member firm entities, ensuring accurate CIRO filings, controls, reconciliations and audit readiness. Drive regulatory change implementation, process improvements, automation and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Operations, Compliance and Technology.

Lead compliance coverage for Canada’s CIRO-regulated Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley at Work businesses. Advise business units on regulatory matters, support new business proposals, develop compliance policies and procedures, deliver training, supervise compliance staff, and manage relationships with regulators including CIRO and FINTRAC. The role requires extensive financial services compliance experience, Canadian AML and OEO regulatory knowledge, wealth management expertise, and registration as a CIRO Chief Compliance Officer and Executive.

Lead design and delivery of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Canadas insurance platform: build strategy, governance, advisor enablement, vendor relationships, compliance frameworks, operating model, and analytics to scale insurance distribution across wealth channels.
