The Financial Controller will enhance financial processes, consolidate operations across countries, manage audits, and ensure compliance.

Lead delivery and growth of Moonshot's Canada programs portfolio overseeing multi-year public safety and online violence-prevention initiatives. Provide strategic and operational direction, manage project planning, budgets, risks, and client relationships. Lead and develop Canada-based staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, support business development and proposals, ensure compliance with government contracting and data protections, and represent Moonshot externally. May support related initiatives in Australia/New Zealand and travel for representation or incident response as needed.
