The Principal Designer leads high-priority creative projects from concept through delivery across brand, product, motion, AI video, and go-to-market campaigns. This hands-on senior individual contributor establishes design quality, presents work to stakeholders and clients, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors designers. The role requires strong branding, digital, UX/UI, motion, visual storytelling, design systems, and emerging-technology experience, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related web and motion tools.
