Build Monex Canada's enterprise payments pipeline through prospect research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery meeting generation. Engage finance and treasury leaders about cross-border payments, FX, treasury, automation, integrations, and reconciliation needs. Support proposals and solution development, maintain CRM records and prospecting cadences, track pipeline activity, attend industry events, and share market intelligence. The role offers exposure to fintech, foreign exchange, treasury technology, and potential progression into enterprise sales or relationship management.

Drives new corporate and institutional client acquisition in Canada through high-volume outbound sales, networking, presentations, and pipeline management. Builds client relationships, promotes foreign exchange solutions, meets sales KPIs, and maintains accurate forecasts and records. Supports compliant onboarding by conducting client research, KYC, due diligence, and fraud verification while collaborating with compliance, risk, trading, marketing, and sales teams. Monitors FX markets and regulatory developments and provides sales reporting to management.

Drive new business growth in Canada by sourcing and onboarding corporate/institutional clients for FX services. Perform high-volume outbound outreach, manage pipeline and KYC onboarding, collaborate with compliance, risk, and trading teams, and meet strict sales KPIs while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Execute independent, four-eyes verification and control over structured FX option trades across global entities. Validate complex option structures (TARFs, barrier and path-dependent options), reconcile trades and valuations, investigate exceptions, enforce capture standards, support process improvements and system enhancements, and collaborate with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Finance and regional teams to resolve breaks and strengthen operational controls.

Lead and grow Monex Canada's FX and payments sales function: build and coach a high-performing sales team, own revenue targets, develop go-to-market strategy, win and manage strategic corporate and institutional client relationships, coordinate with compliance and risk for onboarding/KYC, and use data/BI and financial systems to drive forecasting and reporting.

The FX Sales Executive manages client relationships, prospect new business, coordinates FX transactions, and ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks.
