Manages and grows relationships with partner financial institutions, overseeing day-to-day business requests, partnership performance, referrals, growth initiatives, and operational improvements. Develops referral plans and targets, coordinates business reviews, monitors banking and payments trends, and collaborates with internal and partner stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and improve sales conversion, revenue, and partnership effectiveness.

Manage general, settlement, and project accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue accounting, financial reporting, account analysis, internal controls, and process improvements. Provide escalation support, review accounting work, and coach Analysts and General Accountants while supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, and financial systems enhancements.

Serve as Scrum Master for one to two Agile product teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, tracking team metrics, and coordinating cross-team alignment. Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to support delivery objectives, foster continuous improvement and psychological safety, and strengthen Agile maturity across the organization.
