Drive P&L management, innovation, integrated 360° marketing campaigns, in-store activation, and cross-functional execution. Use consumer insights and analytics to optimize seasonal performance. Manage, coach, and develop a seasonal marketing team and collaborate with agencies, R&D, Sales, Supply and other partners to deliver profitable growth.

Support continuous improvement by training teams on CI tools and DMS, collecting and validating data, facilitating root-cause analysis, establishing work standards, and qualifying colleagues. Drive KPI scorecards, use Excel and analytics tools, apply lean/TPM methods, and manage related projects in a manufacturing environment.
