Design and optimize web and mobile user journeys to improve conversion and accessibility. Conduct user research, map journeys, identify friction in sign-up and account flows, design responsive UI, use AI tools to automate design processes, contribute to the ZeroHeight design system, document rationale, present work, and support handoff to development.

Lead FP&A forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for multiple regions and products. Build financial models, prepare executive and Board reporting, manage liquidity forecasts, perform ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with finance and business leaders to inform strategic decisions and improve forecasting and reporting processes.
