Designs and adapts digital, retail, print, animated, and video marketing assets across websites, email, social media, paid media, signage, and other customer-facing channels. Translates briefs and business goals into branded, accessible, conversion-focused experiences, including responsive web and mobile designs. Manages projects from concept through delivery, prepares production-ready files, maintains asset libraries, incorporates stakeholder and performance feedback, and collaborates with Marketing, Product, UX, and cross-functional teams.

Designs and implements AWS cloud security architectures, controls, identity and access management, encryption, monitoring, network protections, and DevSecOps automation. Secures containers and serverless workloads, conducts vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, supports compliance audits, develops incident response plans, and integrates security into engineering workflows. The role also leads cloud security initiatives, trains internal teams, and promotes best practices across regulated environments.

Leads Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. Partners with Product Owners, Business Analysts, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support backlog prioritization, delivery decisions, metrics, software releases, quality processes, and DevOps adoption within financial services and fintech environments.
