The Director, Policy will lead Mitacs' role in Canada's research and innovation policy. Responsibilities include developing a strategic policy agenda, providing policy advice, overseeing research and policy development, engaging with stakeholders, and managing the Policy team.

The Senior Advisor, Change Management develops change management strategies for organizational readiness and stakeholder alignment, focusing on effective communication of change initiatives and supporting enterprise transformation objectives.

Coordinate administration of research grant applications and awards, managing documentation, invoicing, compliance, and communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

The Senior Advisor, Strategic Partnerships leads the implementation of sector strategy, builds relationships with industry partners, and ensures alignment with national innovation priorities.
