Teams at Mistplay

Build and operate large-scale data platform systems, including ingestion, streaming and batch pipelines, lakehouse and warehouse architecture, transformations, orchestration, data serving, observability, quality monitoring, and metadata management. Own complex platform components, improve reliability, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency, participate in architecture and incident response, mentor teammates, and collaborate with data science, ML, DevOps, backend, and analytics teams.

Conduct product and user behavior analysis, define KPIs, build dashboards and models, and design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments. Partner with product, lifecycle, marketing, data, and engineering teams to generate insights, improve user experiences, inform feature launches, and support growth decisions.
