Own and evolve Mimecast’s Product Operations strategy, operating model, planning cycles, tooling governance, reporting, and enablement programs. Lead cross-functional planning across Product, R&D, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Finance; translate operational data into executive insights; drive AI-enabled workflows, change management, adoption, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop a team while serving as a senior operational partner to product leadership.

Own the technical sales process from discovery through proof of value and close for SMB and midmarket customers. Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and technical responses; partner with account teams and channel partners; manage Salesforce opportunity documentation; coordinate customer handoffs; represent customer feedback; and support marketing events. The role requires cybersecurity knowledge, commercial judgment, strong communication, and willingness to travel.
