Drives cybersecurity solution sales through a portfolio of Cloud Solution Provider partners serving SMB customers. Develops joint sales plans, leads co-sell strategies, manages pipeline and forecasts, coaches partners, accelerates deal execution, tracks incentives and performance, and coordinates Microsoft resources to achieve revenue targets. Builds trusted partner relationships, conducts business reviews, addresses performance gaps, and maintains compliance with Microsoft sales processes.

Lead strategic financial-services customer engagements as the accountable solution architect. Translate business priorities into secure, measurable, full-stack Azure architectures; guide multidisciplinary teams; and validate designs through prototypes, code, testing, and operational reviews. Develop AI usage plans with guardrails, lead executive discussions, manage technical risks, and ensure production readiness. Build reusable architectures, accelerate cloud adoption, transfer capabilities to customers, and connect technical decisions to business outcomes across the Canadian market.
