Own the technical relationship between Microsoft and customers, helping them adopt Azure and Microsoft 365 security solutions. Lead architectural design sessions, develop Zero Trust and cloud security strategies, resolve implementation blockers, improve security posture, and drive adoption of Purview, Defender, identity, access management, and threat protection solutions. Collaborate with Microsoft engineering, product, consulting, partner, and security teams while advising senior IT stakeholders and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Lead strategic relationships with enterprise customers, advise senior decision-makers, and drive adoption of AI, Copilot, security, and cloud solutions. Develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, expand existing relationships, and deliver business value proposals. Coordinate sales, technical, and partner resources to support digital transformation, align Microsoft solutions with customer priorities, and achieve measurable customer outcomes.

Owns worldwide sales strategy, targets, pipeline performance, partner co-selling, and execution for a Microsoft Cloud solution area. Leads and coaches regional sales managers, orchestrates global business reviews, aligns campaigns with go-to-market teams, removes sales blockers, accelerates strategic deals, and drives adoption of sales tools and methodologies. The role requires cloud, AI, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, executive engagement, and matrixed leadership expertise.
