Supports senior Customer Success Account Managers within a shared account portfolio. Executes standardized customer success, cloud adoption, AI acceleration, and Copilot adoption activities; maintains account context; identifies risks, milestones, blockers, and portfolio patterns; tracks delivery dependencies; coordinates remediation follow-ups; monitors support signals; and escalates risks or exceptions to senior leaders and internal owners.

Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Microsoft partners across Azure and other cloud technologies. Guide architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, MVPs, migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives. Run technical workshops, enable partner teams, resolve technical sales blockers, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and cost-efficient. Build executive relationships, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and drive partner offerings, cloud consumption, innovation, and revenue outcomes.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by leading business planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, communications, performance management, organizational health, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into execution plans, establish success metrics, manage operational reviews and business continuity, coordinate resources, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and ensure organizational alignment, compliance, and measurable results.
