Leads the technical design and implementation of communication semiconductor devices and digital circuits. Manages and mentors engineering teams, coordinates architects and cross-functional partners, drives project completion, improves design flows, and supports production-ready silicon development. Responsibilities include Verilog or VHDL-based design, synthesis, verification, debugging, and collaboration across software, validation, and production engineering teams.

Owns strategic and tactical product marketing for Microchip’s FPGA portfolio. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, executing go-to-market plans, managing product lifecycles, conducting competitive analysis, supporting pricing and product launches, driving business development and design wins, and collaborating with engineering, sales, applications, and corporate marketing teams globally.

Develop and maintain LLVM/MLIR compiler analysis and transformation passes for high-level FPGA synthesis. Optimize generated hardware for performance, power efficiency, and area utilization; analyze customer applications; and implement HLS features. Contribute to SoC design, verification, hardware/software co-design, RISC-V integration, and FPGA-based accelerator workflows.
