Owns strategic and tactical product marketing for Microchip’s FPGA portfolio. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, executing go-to-market plans, managing product lifecycles, conducting competitive analysis, supporting pricing and product launches, driving business development and design wins, and collaborating with engineering, sales, applications, and corporate marketing teams globally.

Develop and maintain LLVM/MLIR compiler analysis and transformation passes for high-level FPGA synthesis. Optimize generated hardware for performance, power efficiency, and area utilization; analyze customer applications; and implement HLS features. Contribute to SoC design, verification, hardware/software co-design, RISC-V integration, and FPGA-based accelerator workflows.

Develop, verify, and maintain LLVM/MLIR-based HLS compiler analysis and transformation passes. Optimize HLS-generated hardware for power, performance, and area. Analyze real-world HLS applications to identify improvements and implement new features. Collaborate on SoC design and verification within an agile team to improve FPGA design toolchains and customer productivity.

Design, simulate and validate analog and mixed-signal IC blocks (PLLs, ADCs/DACs, filters, high-speed I/Os). Develop behavioral models (Verilog-A) for top-level simulation, perform process-corner simulations, automate flows with scripting, and validate silicon and system-level lab performance while collaborating with analog leads and multi-site teams.
