Leads store sales performance, customer experience, front-end operations, and service execution. Supports the Store Manager with SOP compliance, team accountability, MOD coverage, POS and self-checkout operations, loyalty enrollment, fulfillment, events, framing, asset protection, and specialty shop activities. Trains and coaches team members while driving sales, service, operational, and shrink-reduction results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Manage staffing, budgets, inventory and equipment maintenance. Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors and team members, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), produce reports and presentations, and enforce safety and quality control systems.

Leads and coaches a custom framing team in a retail store, drives framing sales, manages production workload and inventory, ensures SOP, safety, shrink, and customer service standards, and serves as Manager on Duty. Supports hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, truck unloading, stocking, and omnichannel processes. The role requires basic computer skills; custom framing, retail management, and sales-team leadership experience are preferred.
