Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Manage staffing, budgets, inventory and equipment maintenance. Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors and team members, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), produce reports and presentations, and enforce safety and quality control systems.

Lead front-end and service operations to drive sales, coach customer-facing teams, maintain brand and operational standards, oversee in-store programs (balloons, parties, Cut Bar, framing), manage BOPIS/Same Day Delivery and POS operations, and support asset protection and team development.

Provide friendly customer service and custom framing solutions in a retail store. Complete framing orders on time and to quality standards, maintain merchandised departments, support truck unloading and stocking, operate cash register, follow SOPs and safety/shrink programs, and assist with omnichannel processes. Perform physical tasks including lifting, ladder use, and prolonged standing.
