Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors and team members, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), produce reports and presentations, and enforce safety and quality control systems.

Leads store sales performance, customer experience, front-end operations, and service execution. Supports the Store Manager with SOP compliance, team accountability, MOD coverage, POS and self-checkout operations, loyalty enrollment, fulfillment, events, framing, asset protection, and specialty shop activities. Trains and coaches team members while driving sales, service, operational, and shrink-reduction results in a fast-paced retail environment.
