Manage a portfolio of B2B landlord and property management clients, serving as their primary contact for billing, products, scheduling, and service inquiries. Build relationships, assess satisfaction, support account growth, provide reports and project plans, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, attend client meetings, improve processes, and advocate for clients across the organization.

Leads large-scale technical, business transformation, operational, and technology projects from planning through delivery. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and business outcomes. Develops executive and board reporting, improves PMO methodologies and tools, supports change management, and mentors project teams. Partners with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders to deliver organizational transformation initiatives, including data platform modernization, process automation, and acquisition integration.

Supports month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, forecasting, business planning, cash forecasting, financial controls, and management analyses. The role analyzes large datasets, identifies process improvements, reports operating metrics and variances, assists with liquidity management, and prepares presentations and ad hoc analyses for senior management. It collaborates with finance, operations, banks, and internal and external auditors.

Manage Canadian and US tax filings, provisions, reporting, compliance, audits, and cross-border tax matters. Lead CRA and IRS inquiries, tax planning, legislative research, budgeting projections, transfer pricing analysis, and tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions. Collaborate with finance leaders, reporting teams, auditors, and external advisors while guiding tax initiatives and ensuring accurate filings and disclosures.

Plan, execute, and finalize operations projects involving submetering maintenance and service. Review tickets, prepare contractor instructions, troubleshoot meter deficiencies, analyze electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate resources and materials, update documentation, communicate with internal and external teams, and develop mitigation plans. The role requires customer service, problem-solving, technical analysis, continuous improvement, GTA property travel, and split office and field work.

Owns the Business Intelligence and Revenue Assurance programs, including data extraction, modeling, operational dashboards, reporting, rate and volume analysis, and gross-margin integrity. Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, revenue leakage, cost opportunities, and performance improvements. Partners with stakeholders to implement controls, policies, regulatory changes, process improvements, and organizational projects across billing and operational functions.
