Lead Canadian and US tax compliance and planning, manage filings (including SR&ED, T106, Forms 1042/1120), oversee tax provisions and cross-border reporting, liaise with auditors, CRA/IRS, support M&A tax structuring, and research and implement tax strategies to optimize cross-border tax efficiency.

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and electronic inquiries; research and resolve billing complaints; schedule payment arrangements; process forms and account changes; record interactions; escalate per collections policy; prepare reports on outstanding balances.

Manage and execute operations projects for submetering maintenance: review tickets, create work instructions, troubleshoot meters, analyze technical drawings, coordinate contractors, drive continuous improvement, and support field and office activities.

Lead Canada Settlements team operations: validate invoices and payments, modernize settlement/billing/ERP systems, develop dashboards and analytics, implement automation/AI improvements, manage electricity market settlements (including IESO), resolve discrepancies and disputes, ensure accurate GL and month-end reporting, oversee settlement claims, and partner with Finance, IT, Billing, Customer Care and Legal.

Manage vendor setups and EFT information, process and code invoices, support weekly payment runs, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring internal controls and process improvements.

Plan and manage multiple submetering installation projects from design through commissioning. Coordinate contractors, vendors and clients; control budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, perform site visits, technical drawing analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Lead the Business Intelligence Team at Metergy Solutions, overseeing reporting, KPI management, data integrity, and strategic insights to drive performance and operational efficiency.
