Operate and improve an in-house AAV vector core: run weekly AAV production from cell culture through purification, perform QC assays (titer, purity, genome integrity), maintain ELN lot records and inventories, follow and update SOPs, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate handoffs with program teams to ensure consistent, high-quality vectors.

The Neuron Whisperer will establish and execute neuron culture methods, optimize protocols, collaborate with teams, and provide input on research design and workflows.
