The role of Manager, Supply Planning includes leading supply planning teams, managing supplier relationships, oversight of inventory and OTB, and executing supply strategies to optimize product availability and service levels.

Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle and inbound inventory pipelines for assigned suppliers/categories. Monitor open orders, resolve delays, maintain planning data, produce supply reports and KPIs, liaise with vendors and cross-functional teams, and support S&OP inputs and process improvements.

Drive revenue for Mejuri's corporate events and gifting channel by sourcing leads, booking private shopping events and bulk orders, managing CRM pipeline, coordinating with store teams for event execution, and maintaining client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
