Owns paid social campaign execution, budget pacing, optimization, testing, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Develops testing roadmaps for emerging channels, evaluates performance and statistical significance, provides creative and brand feedback, and delivers data-backed recommendations. Partners with Creative, Brand, E-commerce, Merchandising, Finance, and Analytics teams to support launches, improve return on ad spend, and drive digital traffic and revenue.

Provides first-line technical support to employees and retail stores, resolving hardware, software, account access, networking, and device issues. Responsibilities include ticket management, laptop and equipment setup, IT asset tracking, password resets, basic network troubleshooting, and supporting new store openings. The role also requires moving equipment and traveling to nearby store locations for technology setup and troubleshooting.

Owns Mejuri’s global tax compliance, reporting, provisions, audits, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and tax risk management across Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and other international markets. The role directs external advisors, supports CFO-level tax planning, maintains tax policies and calendars, manages filings and payments, and partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and business teams to improve tax processes and controls.
