Owns paid social campaign execution, budget pacing, optimization, testing, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Develops testing roadmaps for emerging channels, evaluates performance and statistical significance, provides creative and brand feedback, and delivers data-backed recommendations. Partners with Creative, Brand, E-commerce, Merchandising, Finance, and Analytics teams to support launches, improve return on ad spend, and drive digital traffic and revenue.

Provides first-line technical support to employees and retail stores, resolving hardware, software, account access, networking, and device issues. Responsibilities include ticket management, laptop and equipment setup, IT asset tracking, password resets, basic network troubleshooting, and supporting new store openings. The role also requires moving equipment and traveling to nearby store locations for technology setup and troubleshooting.

Owns Mejuri’s global tax compliance, reporting, provisions, audits, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and tax risk management across Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and other international markets. The role directs external advisors, supports CFO-level tax planning, maintains tax policies and calendars, manages filings and payments, and partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and business teams to improve tax processes and controls.

Own Mejuri’s partnerships and events calendar, from sourcing and negotiating partners through campaign execution, vendor and budget management, on-site activations, performance reporting, and optimization. Coordinate creative, retail, social, legal, finance, and digital stakeholders while identifying culturally relevant opportunities that strengthen the brand and drive revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Build and maintain performant, accessible, SEO-focused web applications using Shopify and Hydrogen. Lead frontend architecture, refactor systems, improve code quality, and develop AI-assisted workflows and customer-facing AI features. Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams, while mentoring developers and contributing to testing, planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Build annual budgets and monthly and quarterly forecasts across departments, stores, and the consolidated business. Prepare weekly cash flow reports, financial and headcount reporting packages, variance analyses, and decision-support analyses. Partner with business stakeholders, challenge forecast assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, improve planning processes, and develop fluency in financial systems and statements.

Own unit sales forecasting and translate it into monthly receipt dollar needs across assigned pillars. Drive monthly S&OP, manage inventory coverage and size distributions, track forecast accuracy, handle lifecycle forecasting for new and existing styles, partner with Supply on inventory risk, and continuously improve demand planning processes and tooling.
