Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the VP & President, Canada: manage complex calendars, coordinate executive meetings and travel, prepare executive-ready materials, maintain action registers, handle confidential communications, support two Brampton-based sales leaders, and coordinate cross-functional events and projects to improve leadership effectiveness and execution.

Coordinate and oversee regional Field Corrective Actions (FCAs) in Canada, ensuring compliant deployment, documentation, regulatory reporting to Health Canada, training/support for field staff, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of FCA processes across cross-functional teams.

The role involves leading analytics initiatives, collaborating with teams to develop solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective insights and tools. Responsibilities include managing analytics projects, facilitating scrum meetings, and promoting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
