Field-based clinical specialist supporting ENT and endoscopy clinicians in hospitals. Provide procedural support, product expertise, user training, case support, and collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities. Requires strong customer-facing presence, OR support, and occasional overnight or weekend travel to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Serve as the primary Employee Relations advisor for Canada (and some US groups). Manage intake, investigations, performance and disciplinary matters, restructurings, labour board cases, and HR projects. Coach leaders, translate data into ER strategies, ensure consistent policy application, document cases in ServiceNow, and support change initiatives to promote a positive workplace.

Prepare and coordinate regulatory submission document packages, manage license renewals and registrations, recommend labeling/manufacturing/clinical protocol changes for compliance, monitor tracking systems, interact with regulatory agencies on defined matters, and support strategies for timely clinical trial approvals.
