Designs, develops, and coordinates in-house product training for field support personnel and customers. Prepares course content and training materials, determines methodology, evaluates effectiveness with customers, utilizes technical trainers as needed, and continuously updates lesson plans to keep technical information current.

The Payroll Analyst ensures employees are paid accurately and on time, resolving payroll issues, ensuring compliance, and maintaining reporting standards.

Administers compensation, benefits, wellness, incentive, recognition, and pay equity programs. Analyzes labor markets, job evaluations, salary ranges, and compensation trends; supports salary recommendations, regulatory compliance, employee communications, and Total Rewards projects. Works with HR and management to maintain equitable, competitive compensation practices and may lead or participate in process-improvement initiatives.
