Serve as the primary Employee Relations advisor for Canada (and some US groups). Prepares and coordinates medical device regulatory submissions, license renewals, registrations, labeling reviews, and product-change assessments. Develops regulatory strategies, supports compliance audits and manufacturing site registrations, monitors submission tracking systems, and communicates with Health Canada and international regulatory agencies. Collaborates with regulatory, engineering, manufacturing, and technical teams to resolve issues and secure timely product approvals while maintaining quality-system compliance.

Supports regulatory submissions, product maintenance, license renewals, labeling reviews, regulatory compliance, audits, and agency interactions for medical device products. Develops regulatory strategies, prepares submission packages, assesses product changes, tracks approvals, and collaborates with regulatory, engineering, technical, and international teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with worldwide requirements.

Designs, develops, and coordinates in-house product training for field support personnel and customers. Prepares course content and training materials, determines methodology, evaluates effectiveness with customers, utilizes technical trainers as needed, and continuously updates lesson plans to keep technical information current.

The Sr. Product Specialist manages downstream strategic product activities, from marketing strategy to product launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities. Collaborates with sales, conducts market research, develops marketing materials, and participates in demand forecasting and product viability assessments.

The Operational Excellence Senior Analyst will drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma, influence change, and facilitate cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and performance metrics.
