Own and grow a B2B customer book across Medchart and Settlit. Responsibilities include retention and renewals, business reviews, escalations, request troubleshooting, account data accuracy, risk management, and customer handoffs. The role works closely with Operations, Customer Support, and data teams while handling sensitive personal and health information under privacy regulations.

Lead Marble’s engineering organization across technical strategy, architecture, delivery discipline, AI-first practices, team design, quality, and compliance. The VP will coach engineers, establish scalable operating rhythms, guide Azure-based architecture, improve release and incident management, and partner with executive, product, commercial, and operations teams. The role supports regulated health and legal data platforms and requires leadership through organizational growth.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to US mass-tort and personal injury law firms, qualify leads, book discovery meetings and demos for AEs, maintain CRM records, meet outreach and meeting targets, collaborate with revenue teams, and surface market feedback to refine messaging and processes.
