Greet and check clients in/out, manage appointment scheduling and payments, maintain client flow and clinic operations, handle client inquiries, liaise with clinic teams, complete opening/closing and administrative tasks, and support Concierge and Clinic Flow teams to deliver excellent client service.

Design, build, test and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Clouds. Implement Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), integrations (REST/XML/web services), support DevOps flows, collaborate with product owners, and provide ongoing administration and stakeholder support.

Provide diagnostic medical sonography during Annual Health Assessments and other services. Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, review patient history, obtain consent, perform and document ultrasound examinations, maintain equipment and quality control, and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure high-quality patient care and service.
