Welcomes and assists clinic clients, manages appointment check-in and checkout, processes payments, coordinates patient flow, monitors wait times, provides lounge service, handles inquiries, and supports clinic staff and physicians. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, customer service, and administrative skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provides nursing care during dermatology appointments and follow-up, including assisting with biopsies and procedures, wound care, cosmetic treatment support, patient education, documentation, inquiries, supply inventory, and clinic flow coordination. The part-time role requires an RN or RPN in good standing, CPR/BCLS certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Leads Medcan’s enterprise talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning to support organizational growth. Responsibilities include managing and developing recruiters, forecasting hiring needs, building talent pipelines, advising senior leaders, overseeing executive and medical recruitment, setting recruitment KPIs, managing vendors, supporting employer branding, and leading campus and new graduate programs. The role also drives talent initiatives, analyzes workforce data, and improves recruitment outcomes.
