Build and manage a proactive physician acquisition pipeline across Ontario, sourcing and nurturing physician relationships ahead of business needs. Position Medcan as a preferred destination, engage physicians through networks and industry events, and advise them on opportunities. Collaborate with Physician Experience, Clinic Expansion, HR, and Operations to align sourcing with growth plans. Track pipeline health, engagement, conversion, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and specialty mix while providing market insights and reporting to leadership.

Develop and test machine learning, forecasting, optimization, analytics, and AI solutions using Python. Build AI agents, conversational AI, RAG workflows, dashboards, APIs, and enterprise applications. Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, integration, testing, governance, debugging, and production readiness activities. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior technical leaders while contributing to software engineering, cloud delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Family Physicians provide comprehensive, relationship-based primary care through health assessments and clinic teams. Responsibilities include understanding patients’ overall wellness, developing diagnoses and treatment plans, coordinating referrals through Medcan’s referral team, and supporting preventive care. Physicians must work at least one day per week, onboard gradually, and maintain Ontario registration, an active OHIP billing number, and a recognized family medicine or specialist designation.

Supports the strategy, innovation, and evolution of Medcan’s Assessments portfolio. Responsibilities include product discovery, roadmap development, clinical and market analysis, pilot execution, business case and financial modeling, KPI monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication. The role collaborates with clinicians, finance, analytics, marketing, operations, and technology across the full product lifecycle.

Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal and conservative physiotherapy care for orthopedic and sports injuries. Collaborate with physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, fitness professionals, chiropractors, and other physiotherapists to coordinate treatment plans. The role is an independent contractor position at Medcan’s Kingsway location on Fridays and Saturdays, with potential for additional shifts as patient volume grows.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Clouds. Responsibilities include Apex and Lightning development, Salesforce integrations, workflows, custom applications, technical design, SDLC participation, Agile collaboration, estimation, documentation, and user support. The role partners with product owners and third-party developers to deliver enterprise-level CRM and digital experience solutions.

Welcomes and assists clinic clients, manages appointment check-in and checkout, processes payments, coordinates patient flow, monitors wait times, provides lounge service, handles inquiries, and supports clinic staff and physicians. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, customer service, and administrative skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provides nursing care during dermatology appointments and follow-up, including assisting with biopsies and procedures, wound care, cosmetic treatment support, patient education, documentation, inquiries, supply inventory, and clinic flow coordination. The part-time role requires an RN or RPN in good standing, CPR/BCLS certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy and conservative care for orthopedic and sports injuries. Collaborate with physicians, physiatrists, surgeons, massage therapists, fitness professionals, and other physiotherapists to coordinate treatment plans and deliver exceptional clinical care. This independent contractor role begins with a Saturday half-day or full-day commitment at Medcan’s Toronto clinic, with potential for additional weekday work.

Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal physiotherapy care for orthopedic and sports injuries within a collaborative rehabilitation clinic. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional clinical care, developing coordinated treatment plans, communicating with physicians and allied health professionals, and integrating services into an interprofessional practice. This independent contractor role requires a flexible commitment of 2–3 half days initially, with potential growth to full days as patient volume increases.

Provides evidence-based conservative care for foot, ankle, and lower-limb musculoskeletal conditions. The chiropodist delivers professional clinical services, integrates chiropody into a collaborative practice, and coordinates treatment with physicians, surgeons, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other practitioners. This independent contractor role requires a flexible commitment of two half-days weekly, with potential growth based on patient volume.

Provide accurate interpretation of ultrasound, bone density, X-ray and mammography scans; collaborate with imaging technologists, nurses and managers; communicate openly within the department; support innovation in care practices; cover Saturday clinic shifts as an independent contractor.

Perform diagnostic medical sonography during Annual Health Assessments and other services: prepare exam rooms, review histories, obtain consent, perform and document ultrasound exams, operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensure quality assurance, and coordinate with clinic teams for excellent client service.
