Greet and check clients in/out, manage appointment scheduling and payments, maintain client flow and clinic operations, handle client inquiries, liaise with clinic teams, complete opening/closing and administrative tasks, and support Concierge and Clinic Flow teams to deliver excellent client service.

Design, build, test and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Clouds. Implement Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), integrations (REST/XML/web services), support DevOps flows, collaborate with product owners, and provide ongoing administration and stakeholder support.

Provide diagnostic medical sonography during Annual Health Assessments and other services. Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, review patient history, obtain consent, perform and document ultrasound examinations, maintain equipment and quality control, and coordinate with clinic teams to ensure high-quality patient care and service.

Provide evidence-based conservative care for foot, ankle and lower-limb musculoskeletal conditions. Deliver professional clinical services within a multidisciplinary team, coordinate treatment plans with physicians and allied health practitioners, and emphasize inter-professional collaboration and excellent patient communication.

Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal conservative care in a multidisciplinary clinic. Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals, integrate chiropractic services, and deliver professional assessment, treatment and coordinated rehabilitation plans for orthopedic and sports injuries.

Provide accurate interpretation of ultrasound, bone density, X-ray and mammography scans; collaborate with imaging technologists, nurses and managers; communicate openly within the department; support innovation in care practices; cover Saturday clinic shifts as an independent contractor.

Provide diagnostic medical sonography during annual health assessments and other services: prepare exam room and equipment, review patient history, obtain consent, perform and document ultrasound exams, conduct basic equipment QC, ensure quality assurance standards, and coordinate patient flow and care with clinic teams to deliver excellent client experience.

Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions (including Generative and agentic AI and LLMs). Build prototypes and deploy production systems, monitor model performance, support governance/security, and drive stakeholder adoption with documentation and training.

Lead partner channel growth by building and managing relationships with group benefits advisors, consultants, and brokerages across Ontario. Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, and full sales execution. Track performance in CRM, collaborate with marketing, provide market intelligence, and advise leadership on partner needs and strategic opportunities.
