Coordinates return-to-work initiatives, liaises with employers, healthcare providers, unions, and other stakeholders, and oversees external rehabilitation providers. Reviews intervention mandates, monitors service quality, maintains provider networks, participates in analytical committees, and contributes to system enhancements, reporting, procedures, and special projects. Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Canadian Payroll and related modules.
