Supports a finance ERP transformation from design through implementation. Responsibilities include mapping current and future-state processes, gathering business requirements, supporting ERP configuration and integrations, developing SIT/UAT scenarios, managing issues, assisting with data migration, and supporting training and change activities. The analyst serves as a liaison among Finance users, project teams, IT, vendors, and external partners while helping improve financial workflows and reporting.

Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, current clients, and prospective clients in Ontario’s group insurance market. Execute sales strategies, manage an assigned business portfolio, achieve new business, retention, execution, and profitability targets, coordinate with service and underwriting teams, deliver sales presentations and seminars, and identify business development opportunities.

Manage interfaces and eligibility files for group insurance: perform daily data loading, validation and updates, document procedures, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements and automation.
