Partners with executives, business lines, IT, risk, privacy, and legal teams to align investments, manage strategic risks, promote responsible AI, and advance data and AI literacy across the organization.

Manage interfaces and eligibility files for group insurance: perform daily data loading, validation and updates, document procedures, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements and automation.

Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Canadian Payroll and related modules. Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to assess requirements, coordinate testing, deliver enhancements, provide Tier 2 support, audit data, monitor releases, and manage the Workday payroll backlog. Develop training and documentation while ensuring payroll accuracy, data integrity, security, privacy, legislative compliance, and collective agreement requirements.

Provides medical and vocational rehabilitation services to insured individuals with disabilities. Coordinates return-to-work initiatives, liaises with employers, healthcare providers, unions, and other stakeholders, and oversees external rehabilitation providers. Reviews intervention mandates, monitors service quality, maintains provider networks, participates in analytical committees, and contributes to system enhancements, reporting, procedures, and special projects. The role requires bilingual English-French communication, medical and contractual knowledge, and strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills.

Support brokerage sales, underwriting and account teams through end-to-end group policy renewals. Maintain renewal inventory, analyze underwriting and claims metrics, prepare renewal packages and client-ready materials, coordinate delivery and follow-up, and support negotiation by modeling options, summarizing risks, and improving renewal processes and dashboards.

Leads enterprise business process discovery, redesign, governance, and transformation initiatives. Facilitates workshops, defines future-state processes and implementation-ready requirements, and identifies opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital capabilities. Establishes process standards and success metrics while supporting change enablement, training, adoption, and performance monitoring. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional business, technology, data, and delivery teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Lead brand strategy and campaign development across Medavie's house of brands. Collaborate cross-functionally and with agencies to design multi-channel campaigns, guide digital content strategy, analyze market and consumer insights, maintain brand integrity, and support sponsorships, activations, and brand governance.

Lead and coach a Brokerage Account Executive team to meet sales targets; build and maintain broker relationships; implement sales strategy; oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and cross-departmental projects; coordinate with underwriting and service teams; resolve escalations and contribute to process improvements and departmental goals.
