Lead and coach a Brokerage Account Executive team to meet sales targets; build and maintain broker relationships; implement sales strategy; oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and cross-departmental projects; coordinate with underwriting and service teams; resolve escalations and contribute to process improvements and departmental goals.

Support brokerage sales, underwriting and account teams through end-to-end group policy renewals. Maintain renewal inventory, analyze underwriting and claims metrics, prepare renewal packages and client-ready materials, coordinate delivery and follow-up, and support negotiation by modeling options, summarizing risks, and improving renewal processes and dashboards.

The Senior Marketing Advisor will develop and implement marketing communication strategies, create effective communication plans, oversee content creation, and collaborate with teams to drive engagement and brand awareness.
