Provides first-line IT and security operations support, including Windows and Mac device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding and offboarding, access management, endpoint patching, vulnerability review, security alert monitoring, documentation, and escalation. Works under the guidance of a Security/IT Lead while learning tools such as Google Workspace, Authentik, Linux, Ansible, and Elastic.

Own the readiness and reliability of deployed data-capture devices. Diagnose hardware and software issues across cameras, peripherals, Linux systems, storage, networking, and data transfers; prepare and validate devices for deployment; support operators; reproduce defects; create diagnostic scripts and procedures; track recurring failures; and verify repairs, updates, and corrective actions across the device fleet.

Develops proprietary foundation models for 3D human pose estimation, body mesh recovery, articulated tracking, and human-scene interaction. Responsibilities include designing novel architectures and biomechanical losses, scaling distributed training across multi-GPU clusters, curating massive multimodal datasets, modeling occlusion and complex motion, and integrating physics-aware tracking with robotics control and locomotion systems.
