Own recruiting (senior and field), comp and equity bands across NY, Toronto, Shenzhen, immigration and employment infrastructure, people operations (onboarding, performance, manager training), org design, and employer brand. Partner with execs on all senior hires and deliver hiring, leveling, and immigration systems that support rapid, cross-geo growth.
