Drives firm-wide transformation through business process analysis, mapping, redesign, documentation, and workflow optimization. Collaborates with legal and business teams to identify AI and automation opportunities, support data governance, implement strategic initiatives, and manage change. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, develops future-state processes and roadmaps, monitors adoption, and prepares reports for senior leadership. Requires strong project management, communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience using Microsoft 365 and process automation tools.

Develops pricing strategies, alternative fee arrangements, budgets, profitability analyses, and pricing analytics for legal matters. Supports pitches, proposals, service-delivery innovation, process improvements, automation initiatives, and client solution development. Partners with Client Service Delivery leaders to streamline processes, analyze fee data, support legal technology adoption, and deliver projects within schedule and budget objectives.

Owns end-to-end legal billing compliance, including client and matter setup, Outside Counsel Guideline configuration, LEDES validation, rate management, invoice reconciliation, rejection resolution, and collections support. Partners with lawyers, billing, finance, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and improve processes. Builds dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Power Query, while supporting eBilling projects, system enhancements, documentation, and reporting.
