Leads end-to-end delivery of digital products and data-enabled solutions for R&D and Innovation. Translates scientific and business needs into technical requirements, architectures, integrations, and scalable solutions. Collaborates with product, data, AI, security, privacy, infrastructure, and vendor teams to manage backlogs, testing, releases, support, and continuous improvement. The role also evaluates responsible AI opportunities, establishes engineering standards, supports adoption, and monitors product performance and user feedback.

Supports consumer and operator insights for McCain’s foodservice and snacking businesses. Analyzes surveys, qualitative feedback, syndicated data, and market trends; supports primary research; maintains the Insights Hub; develops consumer frameworks and journey maps; and translates findings into recommendations for brand, innovation, and go-to-market decisions. Collaborates with marketing, sales, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders while using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and reporting.

Leads enterprise virtual event production, including Microsoft Teams setup, live technical direction, presenter coordination, audience engagement, and troubleshooting. Produces internal videos, podcasts, animations, motion graphics, and branded communications content. Manages distribution lists, post-event follow-up, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities while supporting communications training and process improvements.
