Serve as the primary L&D strategic partner for assigned global functions, diagnose capability gaps using data, design multi-year capability plans, commission and oversee learning programs (blended, digital, AI-enabled), apply performance consulting, manage the learning portfolio and vendors, report impact to leaders, and collaborate across HR, COE, and AI Enablement to align learning with business outcomes.

Lead and develop the Ontario field sales team to achieve sales, volume, margin, and market-share goals. Oversee distributor and multi-unit customer relationships, execute regional sales strategies and initiatives, manage trade spend and CRM discipline (Salesforce), and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitable growth and retention across Ontario.

Support development and execution of a global training strategy for a supply chain transformation. Gather and synthesize regional input, coordinate alignment activities, maintain training calendar, track progress, enable regional teams to operationalize training, tailor content, manage stakeholders across time zones, and collect post-rollout feedback to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
