Designs and delivers sales capability, onboarding, coaching, and commercial excellence programs across Foodservice, QSR, Key Accounts, and Retail. Creates playbooks, learning content, and manager coaching tools; measures behavior change and business impact; promotes AI adoption and evaluates sales enablement technologies. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HR, Digital, Category, and Analytics teams. Travels approximately 40–50% throughout Canada and the United States for training, coaching, and commercial events.

Provides onsite and remote IT support for a corporate office, including white-glove executive support, end-user devices, meeting-room technology, servers, backups, networks, security controls, asset management, and software deployments. The role also advances AI-enabled productivity and automation, supports Microsoft environments and ServiceNow processes, coordinates vendors, and serves as the primary technology liaison for local business stakeholders.

Supports global finance and operations through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost analysis, Total Delivered Cost reporting, and cost savings programs. Partners with finance, manufacturing, and regional operations teams to identify cost drivers and efficiencies. Develops Power BI dashboards, benchmarking tools, and analytical frameworks while driving standardization, automation, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
