Analyzes surveys, qualitative feedback, syndicated data, and market trends; supports primary research; maintains the Insights Hub; develops consumer frameworks and journey maps; and translates findings into recommendations for brand, innovation, and go-to-market decisions. Collaborates with marketing, sales, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders while using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and reporting.

Leads enterprise virtual event production, including Microsoft Teams setup, live technical direction, presenter coordination, audience engagement, and troubleshooting. Produces internal videos, podcasts, animations, motion graphics, and branded communications content. Manages distribution lists, post-event follow-up, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities while supporting communications training and process improvements.
