The Director of Paid Acquisition will develop user acquisition strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Own web and paid acquisition analytics: measurement, validation, attribution, and reporting. Lead GA4 event design, tagging standards, conversion definitions, and analytics configuration as the marketing analytics system owner, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.

Build and maintain secure, high-performance web applications across front-end and back-end. Implement APIs and system integrations, manage deployments/CI-CD on Azure, ensure accessibility, reliability, and scalability, troubleshoot and optimize performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to testing and documentation.
